1. Returns
We accept returns on most ready-made pillows within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Returned in the original packaging (or something equally cozy and secure)
To start a return, just email jaggedlittlepillows@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm and process your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
Because our pillows are made in small batches, we don’t always have duplicates available for a direct exchange.
If you’d like a different style or fabric, the easiest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Sale or Custom Items
Sale, clearance, and custom-made pillows (including made-to-order sizes or fabric selections) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund — unless, of course, they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives less than perfect, please email jaggedlittlepillows@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
