Once your order is on its way to your couch, tracking info will be provided by email.

I’m a small, one-pillow-gal operation, and sometimes orders can be delayed due to holidays, weather, or, well… life.
I do my best to get orders out to you as soon as possible, but occasionally things take a little longer. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Jagged Little Pillows is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if incorrect or incomplete information was provided.

Paying for shipping sucks — I get it! But please remember I’m a one-woman small business, not a big guy like Amazon. My shipping fees reflect what I, as a small brand, actually pay (and truthfully, they rarely even cover the full cost). Thank you for understanding and supporting small!

I do my best to photograph and describe every pillow as accurately as possible, but colors can look a little different on every screen.
